Some charging systems are closed and require you to request access to be allowed to charge. Whether access is required or not is up to the Owner of the charging system.
- Log in to your User Account in the Charge365 Portal or Charge365 App.
- Go to the "Access" tab.
For the App: Settings - Advanced Settings - Left dropdown menu, then "Access." - Search for Charging ID, address, or the name of the charging system in the top field and press Search.
Make sure you see the correct charging system appear.
Press "info and prices" to view current prices for the charging system and who the contact person/Owner is. -
Request access
Once you have requested access, you will receive a status on your application as "Pending," "Denied," or "Approved."
If the charging system is closed and requires access, you can only start charging when it is approved by the Owner of the charging system.
