How to register a key fob

Through the Charge365 Portal:

1. Sign in to your user account in the Charge365 Portal
2. Go to the "RFID" tab

You can register a charging key fob using two different options.

The first thing you need to check is whether you have a charging key fob with a code on the back.

• Register a charging key fob manually with a code
  (Zaptec key fob, Elbilforeningen, etc.)
  To register a charging key fob with a code, use the "Register your RFID key fob - manually" field.

1. Enter the code on the back of the charging key fob in the field and press "Save."
2. Verify that the charging key fob was registered to your User Account.

• Register a charging key fob in front of the charging station
  (VISA card, access card, or key fob without a code)
  To register a charging key fob by standing in front of the charging station, use the "Register your RFID key fob" field.
  

1. Enter the Charging ID in the field in the Charge365 Portal for the charging station you are in front of.
2. Press "Register RFID and Start Charging" in the Charge365 Portal.
3. Connect the charging cable to the charging station and the vehicle.
4. Hold the charging key fob you want to register in front of the charging station until you hear a beep.
5. Finally, check that the key fob was registered to your User Account in the Charge365 Portal.

Through the Charge365 App:

1. Log in to the app and select "Settings" at the bottom right corner.
2. Choose "Advanced settings."
3. Press the dropdown menu located between the Charge365 logo and account settings to access additional options.
4. Select "RFID."
5. You can then follow the same steps as described for the Charge365 Portal.
