Under the "Users" tab, you will find an overview of all users who have applied for access to the charging system.
Approving users
Users who apply for access to the charging system will appear under the "Users" tab.
You can either approve or decline a user's application. If you do not wish to manually approve applications, you can change the settings under the "Location" tab.
Adding users
If someone is unable to apply for access or you want to add them to the charging system, you can do so under the "Add Users" section.
Changing price group
If you need to place a user in a different price group, simply select the desired group from the dropdown menu for that user.
Changing payment method
You can also decide how a user will pay for their charging.
If payment is to be automatically processed through Charge365, the payment method must be set to "card." If you choose "report," the user will not be charged on a payment card, but their usage will be recorded in the Charge365 Portal under the "consumption" tab. In this case, you will need to invoice the user separately at your discretion.
Removing access
If a user should no longer have access to the charging system, they can be removed by selecting "remove access."
Adding a user as a co-owner
As an Owner, you also have the option to add co-owners for the charging system.
A co-owner will be assigned a role as the owner of the charging system and will have the ability to, for example, change prices. The co-owner will have access to the same tabs you have as an Owner, except for the "Economy" tab. To assign a co-owner role, click on the "Co-owner" field for the user, and the box will turn green.
