The charging station has a Type 2 connector
You need a charging cable with a Type 2 connector to Type X, which is in your vehicle.

You can charge with up to 22.1 kW
The amount your vehicle charges depends on available capacity and the vehicle's battery.
On a TN power grid, you can get up to 22.1 kW of charging power.
On an IT power grid, you can get up to 12.7 kW of charging power.

I want to lock my charging cable to the charging station permanently – What do I do?
Zaptec charging stations have a setting that allows you to permanently lock your charging cable to the station. This way, others won't be able to take it while you're on a trip.
Contact your installer to activate this setting or to access the option to change it yourself through the Zaptec Portal/App.

Meaning of the light colors on the charging station:
The charging station lights up as follows:
Green = Ready / Available
Blue = Active charging
Yellow = Awaiting your identification
Red = Error message (contact the owner of the charging system or the installer for assistance) Red blinking when using a charging key fob = Unknown charging key fob. Register the charging key fob in the Charge365 App or Portal to authorize it.
