App for iOS (iPhone)

You can download the Charge365 App for iOS here:

Username and password is the same as in Charge365 Portal.

In the app, you can:

• Start charging with Charger-ID
• View active charging sessions and consumption
• Watch Charge365 video tutorials
• Log in via Charge365 Portal for additional features

If you are having trouble with the app:

1. Ensure that you can successfully log in to your user account in Charge365 Portal via a web browser.

2. If you can't log in, reset your password and then attempt to log in again via Charge365 Portal and the app.

3. If you can log in, try the following:

   • Delete the app, power off and on your phone, and then reinstall the app.
   • Go to settings > Apps > Charge365 > tap "Clear cache" / "Clear storage."
